Changed default Level to 10 and linked base HP to Level

Adjusted Bestiary, sample characters, and sample adventure to match Level changes

Added exploding dice and weapon degradation tweaks

Finessed weapon damages to better reflect new combat and HP changes.

Raised price to $4, same as version (publish proper at 10).
